This policy explains which personal data we process on brandingswitzerland.com and why, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Enquiries

When you fill in the enquiry form, we process your details (name, company, email, optional phone, city, service needed and your project description) to put you in touch with suitable agencies.

Sharing with agencies: with your consent, we forward your enquiry to up to 3 agencies that fit your project. They use your details to contact you. You can withdraw your consent at any time by email; transfers already made are not affected.

Agency listings: we use listing submissions to review and publish the listing. Only the agency's name and website are published.

Form service: the forms are transmitted via the Web3Forms service, which sends us the details by email. Data may be transferred outside Switzerland.

We keep enquiries as long as necessary for the referral and follow-up questions, for a maximum of 2 years.

Hosting and server logs

The website is delivered via Cloudflare. When you visit, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, time, page visited, browser) are processed to deliver the site securely. We use no cookies and load no third-party fonts or scripts.

Your rights

You can request information about your data and ask for it to be corrected or deleted by writing to the email address above.
